We do not currently provide furnished apartments, although we can provide you with the number of a company that can rent furniture to you.
Once all information needed to process the application has been received, final processing generally takes 24 - 48 hours.

Yes, we require renters insurance at Suncrest. You may purchase your own or Suncrest offers affordable renters insurance at the time of your application; making it a quick and easy process.
AT&T and Xfinity are the preferred vendor for Suncrest and will provide the best rates.
Your lease provides for a termination fee if you need to end your lease before the end of the contracted term. Other options may be available. Consult Leasing Consultant for additional details.
You would call the electric and gas company to set the utilities up in your name. Suncrest will provide you with the name and number for the utility companies upon approval of your application. The water and sewer billing will be billed with your monthly rent. If you choose to take renters insurance that is offered through the property, the renters insurance will be billed with your monthly rent, as well.
Trash removal is included in your rent at Suncrest.

We are on the west side of Indianapolis – I-465 to the West Washington Street Exit. We are west of downtown Indianapolis at the corner of West Washington and West Morris. We are east of the exit from I-465.
